Society

Corporate social responsibility is deeply embedded in our organisation. We have drawn up policy rules and guidelines, compliance with which is monitored through audits. After all, correct action starts with ourselves.

In order to identify points for improvement in our organisation, we regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys. This is done on the basis of the Net Promoter Score method. The period staff survey provides us with inside recommendations for the optimisation of business processes.

Our business is SCC**-certified, which means work is carried out correctly and transparently. This enables us to develop a sustainable organisation with a positive impact on society.
